OE removed access to the following unsafe attachments
In Outlook Express
1) Open “Tools” pull-down menu
2) Choose “Options”
3) Choose “Security” tab.
4) Uncheck the box marked: "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened
that could potentially be a virus."
5) Click “Ok”
6) Open attachment
